How many tablets should I take?

For joint pain and inflammation, you may take 2 tablets per day until the pain subsides. For daily maintenance, take 1 tablet per day.

Is this safe to consume for pregnant women?

While it is always recommended to check with your doctor before starting a new supplement, collagen protein supplements are generally considered safe during pregnancy. We use Type II collagen that helps form cartilage, which already exists within our bodies. These proteins can be found in the fish and meat we eat as well. Therefore, there is no problem with taking collagen during these periods. Moreover, our supplement contains Vitamin D3 which is essential for the healthy development of the baby. It also contains Vitamin c, Magnesium, and Vitamin K2 which provide additional support for pregnant women. However, what you do need to take note of is the amount of supplements you are taking. Do not exceed the recommended amount of each supplement (e.g recommended daily amount of Vitamin C during pregnancy is 85 milligrams (mg) per day for women age 19 and older) and do consult your OB-GYN about your own dietary needs.
