Orders & Delivery
All orders will only be dispatched when full payment of goods is received. We dispatch orders on the same day or next business day in most cases. Local deliveries within Singapore, packages are sent by Qxpress. Outside of Singapore, parcels are sent via Airpak or TNT/FEDEX.
ilovenatural pte ltd (ilovenatural.store) is not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after we have determined the cause on a case by case basis.
Faulty or Wrong Products
In the unlikely event the product is faulty, or it is not the product you ordered please contact ilovenatural.store at +65 86087926 or email Jan.ilovenatural@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Refund Method
Refunds from orders in ilovenatural.store will be credited to your credit card / bank account directly.
Returns Policy
As our customers, you are our No. 1 priority. We value your business and are confident you will be more than satisfied with the quality of your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase(s) you made, we are happy to offer refunds, exchanges or replacements on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. ilovenatural pte ltd is committed to its obligations to consumers under Singapore laws. Each request for an exchange or refund will be dealt with on its merits.
